About Us

Barrier-Free Inclusion Guide

Created by the Hong Kong Federation of Handicapped Youth (HKFHY). Established in 1970, HKFHY is a government-registered charity and self-help organization managed by people with physical disabilities, dedicated to advocating for disability rights and helping individuals fully integrate into society.

To further our mission, we launched this “Barrier-free Inclusion Guide”, an educational website and teaching resource platform funded by the Labour and Welfare Bureau, with the following objectives:

Inspiring Awareness

We use compelling content, interactive games, and multimedia to introduce people with disabilities to the wider public.

Teaching Resources

This platform provides practical lesson plans and resources to help teachers, social workers, and related facilitators cultivate empathy and respect among students.
