Personal data will be collected lawfully and fairly and the data collected will be used for purposes related to our charitable fund-raising and other activities. We will ensure that the personal data collected is accurate and will not be accessed, processed, deleted or otherwise used by unauthorised persons or accidentally. Personal data including name, title, company, address, telephone number, email address, etc. will only be used to display the donation on the screen or in the text, and for designated activities of HKFHY. We will not sell, loan or transfer the data to other organisations without the consent of the person concerned.
